I have worked in lettings since 2003. I opened my own Independent Letting Agency in Chadderton in November 2006. My team and I have built the business up from scratch. I have taken and passed exams with NAEA & ARLA. My role is to oversee the running of the business. I am a hands-on manager and am available for all clients to contact me. In my opinion my team is the best and most knowledgeable in the area.
Amanda has been our maintenance co-ordinator since 2018, and is a very friendly, conscientious member of our team. Amanda handles all tenant and landlord enquiries and manages contractor visits to properties for repair and maintenance purposes. Amanda also conducts regular property inspections, checks all Gas Certificates and EPC’s are up to date, and that all properties have Smoke or Carbon Monoxide Alarms which ensures all tenants are safe and happy in their homes.
Charlotte has been a Lettings Negotiator since 2011, and has gained an excellent level of knowledge and experience. Charlotte has a strong knowledge of the local area, and within her varied role completes market appraisals, marketing properties, carrying out viewings, dealing with credit checks and references, and completes check – in’s and check-outs of properties. Charlotte liaises with both landlords & tenants, and believes efficiency, good customer services and a friendly manner are key for making the process of renting an easy one for all parties involved.
Karron is relatively new to the company but brings a wealth of sales and lettings experience from previous employment and has worked within an estate agency for many years. Karron will be your point of contact for sales and lettings enquiries and will deal with your enquiry efficiently and keep you informed every step of the way through your let or sale. Karron is friendly, outgoing and exceptionally hardworking and will forge a superb working relationship with you, as our clients and your legal representatives.
